This research is a qualitative research. The data collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is sorted, annalised and concluded to obtain a complete understanding. The research results show that blended learning at Islamic boarding school-based Madrasah Aliyah, MA Unggulan Al Imdad used the Flipped Classroom model during the COVID-19 pandemic and continued with the Lab-Rotation Model when it entered the new normal period. Facilities that frequently used are: computer laboratories connected to the internet network. This field research method involved 15 students who were members of 5 groups. Each group is required to make a project in the form of a video with a procedural text theme. The research results showed that learning using the Project Based Learning (PjBl) method was able to increase students' creativity and skills in learning. Qualitative research methodology by reviewing various related literature as well as analyzing several scientific works that explain learning methods from the perspective of the Koran and Hadith. The research results show that the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to life for mankind provide varied learning methods. Several learning methods, namely the imitation method, the practical experience method (Trial and Error Method), and the thinking method. In conclusion, learning involves thinking activities (brain training) and behavioral activities (behavior) which must influence the growth of knowledge and experience. The aim of this research is to describe ethics in learning in the study of the book Minhajul Muta'allimin by Imam Ghazali. Library research method with the main source being the book Minhajul Muta'allimin and other sources either from journals or other sources. The research results show that the success and benefits of the knowledge gained by students is when a student is able to understand his duties and obligations in studying.
