Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 80 students at the School of Economics Oemathonis, selected using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management quality, indicating that higher knowledge improves financial decision-making. Financial technology also has a significant positive influence, suggesting that digital financial tools enhance efficiency and control in managing finances. Furthermore, financial behavior significantly affects financial management quality, meaning that disciplined financial habits lead to better outcomes. Simultaneously, all independent variables contribute significantly to improving financial management quality. These findings highlight the importance of integrating knowledge, technology, and behavior in strengthening financial management among Generation Z.
