Edukasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat Dalam Meningkatkam Kesadaran Perilaku Sehat Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Hadimulyo Barat

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is really important for boosting public health awareness and preventing diseases. The aim of this community service was to help people in Hadimulyo Barat Subdistrict, Metro City, understand PHBS better. KKL-PPM Group 04 from Malahayati University ran the program using a participatory qualitative descriptive approach. This included initial coordination, interactive counseling, discussions, hand-washing demos, and evaluating through observations and feedback. The results showed that residents got more involved and understood PHBS indicators like waste management, mosquito larvae prevention (3M Plus), clean water sanitation, and smoke-free homes much better. The activity highlighted that hands-on education helps raise health awareness, but keeping PHBS going needs support from families, health volunteers, and local authorities.
