Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting economic activities in Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of financial management systems among MSMEs. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach involving seven MSME owners as informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that financial management has been implemented through planning, recording, reporting, and control, but remains simple and unsystematic. Financial recording and reporting have not been conducted consistently, while financial control is carried out through limiting expenses, managing inventory, checking finances, and setting aside profits as business capital. The study concludes that financial management among MSMEs has been implemented but still needs improvement, particularly in financial recording, reporting, and separating personal and business finances.
