MSMEs still face limitations in digital marketing and digital literacy. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the understanding of Juata Permai MSMEs through socialization focused on marketing and digital literacy. The activity included identification of partner needs, presentation of materials, demonstrations of relevant digital applications, and interactive discussion. Materials covered digital marketing and social media, basic branding and creative design, digital transactions and transaction security, and an introduction to digital financial recording using SIAPIK. A Bank Indonesia (BI) practitioner provided additional reinforcement regarding transaction digitalization and the sustainable use of technology in business activities. The main output was the implementation of socialization and the strengthening of participants’ conceptual understanding. Because no pre-test, post-test, or business-performance measurement was conducted, the results are reported descriptively and do not claim quantitative improvement in skills or business performance. Follow-up mentoring is recommended to support more consistent technology use.
