Strategi Implementasi Program Unggulan Penurunan Prevalensi Stunting (Pangling) dalam Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kabupaten Pandeglang

This study aims to analyze the implementation strategy of the Pangling Program in reducing stunting prevalence and identify the factors influencing its effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using document analysis of the Final Report of the Pandeglang Regency Flagship Program (2025–2030), supported by relevant policy documents and scientific literature. Data were analyzed using the policy implementation model of George C. Edward III, complemented by the Urgency, Seriousness, and Growth (USG) method to determine priority issues. The findings indicate that the Pangling Program has contributed to reducing stunting prevalence through multisectoral collaboration involving local government agencies, health facilities, village governments, and the Regional Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team. The novelty of this study lies in integrating Edward III's implementation framework with the USG method to formulate strategic priorities for strengthening regional stunting policies.
